The OTA CD-ROM: living as a hybrid
Gratien D'haese - IT3 - OTA CDmaster

The OTA CD-ROM is from now on a hybrid CD-ROM, meaning it can be viewed/browsed on both UNIX and Micro$oft Windows95/NT systems. We will highlight some technical details on how this was achieved. The processes within a CD-ROM project will be explained from conceptual point of view.
On the actual content of this CD-ROM edition we will mention the main topics only (the rest is up to the reader to explore).
The second part of the OTA CD-ROM, the StarOffice 4.0 for OpenLinux, will be introduced. The installation process will be explained and more.
